Yields 22-24 balls.


1.5 cup nut butter
½ cup honey
1 1/3 cup oats
½ cup protein powder (optional)
1/8 tsp salt
½ cup mini chocolate chips


Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined. Use an ice cream scoop or spoon and drop energy bites onto a plate/cookie sheet. Roll into a ball. Place them in an airtight container or Ziplock bag and put in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
